These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PDF Editor Guru mobile application (“App” or “Service”). By installing or using PDF Guru, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.
You may use the App only if you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country to use such services) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use PDF Guru on compatible devices that you own or control. You may not:
PDF Guru provides tools for viewing, editing, merging, splitting, converting, and managing PDF files. Some features work entirely offline on your device, and some features may require online server processing (for example, PDF to HTML or PDF to DOC conversion).
For specific tools, such as “PDF to Editor” or “PDF to DOC”, the App may upload your selected PDF files to our secure server to perform the conversion. By using these features, you consent to the upload and temporary processing of your files.

We do not sell, rent, or use your uploaded documents for advertising, profiling, or training. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and process any content you submit to the App.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for any activity that occurs through your use of the App.
The App may display advertising (for example, via Google AdMob & Meta Audience Network) and collect anonymous usage statistics (for example, via Firebase Analytics). These services help us maintain and improve the App. For more details on how information is collected and used, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design, logo, graphics, code, and underlying technology, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the content (documents, files) that you upload to or process with the App, subject to the limited license you grant us to process these files for the purpose of providing the Service.
The App may use or link to third-party services (such as Google Play, Firebase, AdMob, Meta Audience Network, or external websites). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their own terms and policies.
PDF Guru is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that it will meet your specific requirements. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) for using the App in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer of PDF Guru and its affiliates, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the App. Upon termination, any rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after the new Terms are posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
